Privacy and Security
All our payments are processed by EKM Systems, a leading e- commerce company providing the finest encryption systems available to ensure your credit card details are sent in a secure format. To ensure further security we do not retain any of your credit card details on our website.
All personal details are kept STRICTLY confidential and are NOT shared with any other party
Terms and Conditions
All wines and spirits are offered subject to availability and remain the property of “Spanish Wine Club” (SWC) until payment is received in full. Our minimum order is one case of 12 bottles of wine.
While every effort is made to supply you with the goods ordered, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with others of equal or greater value.
We will not knowingly sell or deliver wines to anybody under the age of 18 and reserve the right not to accept an order.
Every effort is made to ensure that the details on our website are accurate. However we reserve the right to make alterations to our site without prior notification.
SWC is a UK company and any dispute or claims that arise from using this Website must be made and settled under UK law.
Damaged Goods
Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Notification must be made by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery to enquiries@SWC.co.uk
Delivery
Delivery charges are as detailed on our order forms.
All deliveries are carried out by an independent carrier. Standard delivery is within
48 hours of the date of order providing goods are ordered by 12.00 Noon. Please note that there are no deliveries on a Sunday so goods ordered on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.
Next day delivery is available at an additional cost as specified at the time of ordering.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card with details on how to rearrange the delivery.
If special delivery instructions are given in order that a delivery can be made when the recipient is not available to accept the goods, this will be at the purchasers risk.
The purchaser may, at the time of ordering, arrange delivery to a different address.
Prices
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Cancellations and complaints
Once ordered, we are unable to accept any cancellation.
In the event of complaint, please e-mail the details to enquiries@SWC.co.uk and we will deal with the matter without delay.
