| D.O. ALMANSA
Almansa became a D.O. in its own right in an attempt by the authorites to reduce the size and clout of La Mancha. Of all the bodegas in the region Bodegas Piqueras, the producer of our Castillo de Almansa wines, is the most noted. |
| | D.O. NAVARRA
Navarra has always been famous for its rosado (rosé) wines. In fact even the French recognise the qualities of Navarre Rosé. The qualities of these wines has continues to improve especially with the introduction of Cabernet Sauvignon to the established Garnacha grapes. |
| | VdlT. De CASTILLA
Although not of D.O. status, this region is one to watch. Many of the area's wines are produced by well known companies from better known regions such as Rioja, as in the case of the "Acantus" range of wines. |
